Why not realize that the idea is irrational and allow content to be posted by anyone, and if it reaches some amount of upvotes and passes the moderation, it gets automatically posted on the front page. Isn't this DU's modus operandi? With the same fingers that type out platitudes about Codexers being babies he has to control with methods lifted from parenting tips websites, he appoints as mods people whose rulings are as impenetrable and whimsical as that of a baby. Then he clowns around until shit hits the fan, at which point he churns out walls of text full of somewhat silly posturing, always amounting to "my rule is absolute, g-go away if you don't like it h-here." Doesn't even merit a raised eyebrow at this point.

He did a great job, was the one who removed the kid suicide video when i reported it . That's what a good moderator should be , barely intervene just remove the gore and pedo stuff.

PJ threatened to self-eject over his review being leaked as well after his demands for various people to get banned/punished got ignored by DU.

Edit: PJ threatening to self-eject might actually have been the Tyranny review drama. I lose track. That was another Codex drama.

It was both. He got mad when Sensuki leaked his Pillars review and he got mad again when Bubbles released his Tyranny review early over an argument about statements made without first-hand knowledge.

I had no idea that there was a telenovela going on behind the scenes here back when I was just reading the reviews. Like when the PoE thing happened, I just assumed everyone got together and decided to write one negative and one positive review because that would be most informative.

If I'm not mistaken, not long after I actively started posting on the codex, infinitron or some other mod doxxed me on the shoutbox, it was years ago, but it did make me remove some public info I had online that they found through a picture link.

The blame was on me for being lazy and for having personal info available publicly, but it's a shit move to reveal it.
