Legacy of Kain series. Admittedly, not really RPGs for the most part, but who's counting.

I also vaguely remember that there was a vampire mod for Mount and Blade Warband... don't remember the name.

You don't play as a Vampire as such, but The Darkness is a brilliant, well written, compelling - albeit clunky & disjointed - demonic experience, which I thoroughly enjoyed for my first 2 playthroughs. After that it's worn out it's welcome.

Mike Patton's voice acting is spot on, and really adds to that demonic vibe.
