The game has run its course, they can't realistically add anything more.
They have already stopped adding to the Realm of Chaos campaign.
According to Steam, the new LLs are Immortal Empires only LLs.
I'm surprised they didn't do something like the Medieval 2 expansions where new factions came with focussed campaigns set in a particular corner of the map.

Probably because that would take effort.
I imagine that its because the majority of people want a pure sandbox experience. IIRC the mini campaigns werent really popular in WH1. Tho I agree the game desperately needed a victory conditions overhaul.
Then go with both. Smooth out some of the finer details on the world map and you can have the Lustriabowl both as part of the entire planet and as its own smaller campaign. Think the contrast between the dedicated Britannia map and the normal world map.

i thought ca finally redeemed and next dlc has several new lords for each faction, instead it's the worst of the worst: still only one single lord, with an extensive following of named heroes.
