Amnesia is one of those games that the developers could include commentaries during the game and would actually end up enhancing the experience, at least for me.

Doesn't look like I'll be getting that second tier TF2 hat! Only four objective before today and won't be buying any of the games for this set. Probably should have picked up Chime after all.

Well, I have non vintage pyro beanie and picklehaub and trying to trade them is annoying. If you can get some metal or keys or something I'd probably part with them for as little as one refined/key each. Also have a name tag but those are pretty worthless now, too. Maybe some Team Spirit paint to color my demoman glasses!

Very well might do that if I play enough to get up to a refined. Played for about an hour here and didn't get a magic Christmas box. Sorrow. Did have fun though, and somehow managed to get top 3 scores almost every round even without hats and unlockable weapons, HOW CAN THIS BE.

Checked the TF2 update, they added some new paint, like bright green and hot pink, as well as series #6, #7, #8 and #9 of crates. #6 is the Xmas crate.

* It's Better to Give -- Send a gift to a friend

* Take One for the Team -- Make a Sacrifice in Call of Duty: Black Ops (no sale, durp)

* Breaker, Breaker -- Set a leaderboard score of at least 11,200,000 for 'Bonus Mode' in Shatter (75% off)

* Zombie Zoo -- Create a Crass Menagerie in Left 4 Dead 2 (no idea how much off, already own it)

Fortunately the gifting one is retroactive so that's two for me today without doing anything. Shatter doesn't really appeal to me that much. I'll easily get the 10 objective entry but will probably fall three or four short of the second tier hat unless the last few sets have some interesting games. So far, however, the indie games made available have been pretty marginal. If you bought the Indie Puzzle pack for $5 a couple of weeks ago then you already have Shatter and Droplitz -- I bet the last few indie sales will be other pack games.

Shatter's fantastic by the way. Awesome Breakout-style game.

OK, tried out the demo. Wasn't that impressed. It tries the same thing as Dark Corners of the Earth did, regularly distorting the graphics and sound to try unnerve you. All it did was give me a headache and motion sickness, and if that was the intended purpose of those features, then these guys know jack shit about what motivates a player to keep playing.

The water bit was clever, though.

Meh, probably only one for me today. No interest in Beat Hazard or Metro 2033 at that price. I'd buy just cause if I had a machine that could run it but since I can't no point in jumping early since I can't get the objective anyway. Pretty much rules me out the second tier TF2 hat, ah well.

GoG's holiday sale started today, too, but I'm underwhelmed. The D&D titles are only 30% off.

True. I kinda wish GoG's Christmas sale was running longer, too. Kinda low on luxury cash after going nuts buying Christmas presents, but I'm tempted by the discounted IE RPGs so I never have to do a 50 disc install again. Only problem being those are going off-sale before the Steam sale, and I'd rather use that money on Steam. Oh well.
