Especially so knowing their initial fanbase were mostly Russian speakers.

Why oh why would a studio with half its development team in ukraine not be fans of Russia? It's a mystery for the ages.
For westerners maybe. Considerable amount of people in urkaine actually supported "the invasion".

Anyway, that has nothing to do with the development process unless the rumors about letting all the Russian team members go are true.

Ukrainian language is not listed on the steam page either.

I will probably play it, but i hope it's better than ATOM RPG. That game had heart but felt really amateurish. Never finished it.
