Trailer and project description are quite amusing. That it costs £175 (about $230) to get all of the in-game content is lame, but I'd probably throw some money at them anyway if they offered a DRM-free option. Sent them a friendly note this morning asking about the possibility of DRM-free from their own site or somewhere like MangaGamer or Nutaku. No response, so I suppose they're committed to Steam as the only release platform, but who knows, maybe they're considering it.

Didn't we just do this?!? You are all are amazing! The support we've received for our project is beyond anything we expected, and we couldn't be more proud of you deviants.
Subverse has quickly hit its second milestone goal with your pledges. The lovely catgirl Taron Krassk and her deadly stealth skills have now been unleashed upon the Prodigium galaxy. Stay tuned for more information on her character and all of our upcoming waifus as the campaign goes on.

Some of you may be wondering - wasn't her hair white in the stretch goal section? That's correct, but this is also a good time to remind you that we're planning to make a wide selection of cosmetic options available for the waifus over time, which will include both costumes and hair colors!
Speaking of extras, we're rapidly approaching the next stretch goal at £100,000! Meeting it will afford us the budget we need to add additional animations to the game for each waifu. With what these models are capable of doing in Unreal Engine 4, I can promise everyone that this is the kind of action you are definitely going to want to see, so let's make it happen!

What a crazy past few days! The demand for Subverse has been heard loud and clear all across the globe. Your support has reached the point that this project is 100% guaranteed to be produced, and we can't wait to release it for all of you perverts to enjoy!
However, keep in mind that this is only the beginning. If we meet our next two stretch goals, we'll be able to give you Subverse in all of its glory with a fully complete storyline and EIGHT recruitable waifus!
