Meanwhile you don't even have enough brainpower to recognize the difference between political themes that are in tune with the setting (be it fantasy, sci-fi, historical etc) and the pushing of a political agenda that clashes with the setting's overall tone.

As much as I love our dear Führer, I would still find a medieval fantasy game that pushes National Socialist ideology using Hitler's own terminology to be jarring, because it doesn't fit into a medieval fantasy setting. Just as Marxist ideology and Marx's terminology don't fit. Both belong firmly to the industrial age, as both are movements born as a reaction to a changing world. Medieval people would never come up with either ideology, because they have a completely different frame of reference.

If you want your setting to be believable, you have to write the political and social issues of the world in a way that reflects the lived reality of the people in that world. 20th and 21st century political concepts have no place in a medievalesque society.
(Even the tendency to mix elements of classical antiquity, the high middle ages, and the renaissance in the same setting is slightly jarring, but that's a different problem entirely... although its cause is similar to that of inserting 21st century ideas into medievalesque worlds: the writers have no idea how societies of the past functioned and how and why people thunk the way they did)

The top priority of any worldbuilding should be to create an immersive setting you can get lost in, a place that feels real despite being made up.
Any elements that clash with the overall tone and presentation of a setting therefore are bad and counter-productive.

I don't mind the politics in Disco Elysium, for example, because that game is set in a fantasy world equivalent to our 20th century in its political, social, and technological development. Communism, fascism, libertarianism all have their place in that world and it makes sense for them to exist.
