There's virgin island, which has some pretty good stuff, but it's a JRPG.
There's also sengoku rance, it also has some good stuff, but it's a JRPGish.
Lastly there's Kamidori Alchemy Meister, which is a mixture of JRPG, SRPG, and a shop management game. Though it has the least "hardcore" stuff in it.
