Horizon's gate has a necromancer class. It's not a summoner, if that attribute is a requirement for a "real" necromancer class to you, but the class is there. You can get a passive which gives you more magic from being around bones, so you might end up carrying a bag of bones everywhere to throw on the floor before fights.
