What's next? Banning and shaming for saying "Skyrim/the outer worlds/someothermainstreamshit is a bad rpg/game"?

Whilst I do generally dislike the existence of the Gaming Drama board, I think the original purpose of it was sound. It was to stop us being flooded by le reddit retards who found out you could discuss GamerGate here.

I'd say that isn't really needed anymore since GG hasn't been in the mainstream for years now. This place has such a black reputation amongst social justice types that hiding a few threads isn't going to entice snowflake devs to post here.

Nor do I see any reason why we'd want fragile devs posting here. There are plenty of other forums they can go to be hero worshipped.

I myself have advocated not for the removal of buttons, but the culling of them.

We can do just fine with only about ten buttons to express the most basic reactions. Some sub-forums might require additional buttons but on the whole we can do fine with ten of them.
