Kilur learned long ago that it's better to have the last shot, then the first.
As he was already sprinting, he whooshed (well, considering him being a dorf, it was more like rapid waddling, but in his mind it was whooshing) past Brytter and behind a tree, where tried to hide in cover. From the safety of the tree branches the dorf caught Jess' eyes and made a gesture suggesting he's watching the guide.

1. It's very dark.
2. Jess and Mumbles is standing by the fire. It's not a full blaze, but it provides some illumination in a 20-feet area around Jess and Mumbles.
3. Kilur had a torch when he investigated the woods. He does not have tinder. That's still near his stuff around the fire.

Kilur tried to sneak to another cover but failed. The human-like enemies spotted him and have a good read on his position.

Wolf 1, Wolf 2, and Wolf 3 emerged from the snow and tried to sneak toward the party. Luckily, Mardrey spotted those three and relayed the information to the group.

Someone, or something, hidden in the woods, shot an arrow at Brytter but missed. The barbarian failed to spot where the arrow came from.

The Hunter shot an arrow at Mumbles. Despite the half-orc's focusing on dodging an attack, the arrow pierced into his leg, doing 5 points of damage.

Mumble's health

Mumbles had slept a long time during the trip up the mountain and did a long rest, so his health restored to max before the fight.

Bodyguard 1 shot an arrow at Jess and missed.

I wanna delay my turn and cast thunderwave on at least 2 enemies if they stand together at the end of my turn. Else I wannna cast poison spray on the nearest enemy.

Thomas broke from his spot and sprinted to stand with Jess. At the same time, Snurfy darted in Brytter's direction.

Mardrey digs her heals into the snow and readies a spell.

Jess reaches into her horse and unhooked a silver crossbow from the saddle. She quickly loaded a metal bolt and fired at Wolf 2, hitting the animal for 3 points of piercing damage. The Wolf howled in pain.

Wolf 3 ran toward the Colonel and bites at him, doing 3 points of damage.
