Do the mythics make the game (story-wise) feel different enough for multiple replays? Based on Dev Diary 6, Lich vs Angel vs Aeon sounds like the campaigns should end up being very different for each.

And yes, I'll be playing as a deliverer for my first run. Or even better - mod a paladin/deliverer gestalt.

I've never met a good mod, although I have to admit the ones here are slightly better than most. Think about what type of person would choose to be a mod and you can pretty much answer any question that begins with "why the fuck would a mod..."

Infinitron does a good job. But most of them are like football referees throwing the flag on the wrong guy.

A lot of the mechanics have been imported from P:K (or, at least, it feels that way). Many bugs feel like they're related to enemies, new mechanics, and so on and so forth.

Impossible to speculate. What we do know is that they're working very hard to deliver things as best as possible. Hopefully to not get a reputation for buggy releases.

Hows the Cavalier class?

It is a mystery that you will need to solve yourself.
