What do you think this is, a US election? Rules are rules.EDIT: Lmfao, it's already 12 in EST. Add my vote you bastard, make this the last one allowed. @rusty_shackleford
Huh, rusty's format also acts as an IQ test to keep the riff raff out. Very prestigious. How do you even vote in this scuffed ass "poll"?
Couldn't you create a google forms page?
in a shocking surprise, Dragon Quest 1 wins codex game of the year with 10 million votesOr do you need a few more weeks for ballot tampering

Knights of the Chalice 2
0.95 of starsector was released in 2021, and given that the game won't be released in 1.0+ this decade, might as well vote for it.
archolos
I haven't played any but I vote ATOM and Archolos. I double checked the rules and playing them wasn't a requirement so I'm backing the winning horses in solidarity with my codex bros.
I have played the following from that year:
solasta, encased, wildermyth, vagrus, hobo, gloomhaven, spellforce 3, sands of salzaar, gamedec, dysmantle, library of ruina, ME, drox 2, sword and fairy 7, vampirem, tortured hearts, dead age 2, P5 (Should probably be goty tbh), edge of eternity, biomutant, BG dark alliance, garbage
And the only stand out there in terms of quality of everything is persona 5. None of the others come even close.
Wildermyth gets a speshul mention for trying out new ideas, Sands of salzaar for trying to be a weird mix of heroes 3 and mount and blade, Solasta for having decent wombat, encased for having a fantastic first hour, and wotr for being so very faithful to the system and so very deep in terms of character building. But none of these deserve the spot.
So yeah, Persona 5 is good.
Oh, and the absolute worst of the bunch of tortured hearts, it should get its own prize for being so shit, like literally, voting worst rpg of the year, to me, is a lot more fun and interesting than voting "which gaim is moar poplar"
Fallout 4
Daggerfall Unity 0.13.4 Beta
Skyrim Annive....
Seriously :
Gothic II : Chronicles of Myrtana
Jupiter Hell
I realized that last years are too blurry to me and the games I've played are not as memorable as they used to be. Yeah I know, I'm getting old.
There were RPGs released in 2021?
Not fully released but I'd vote Colony Ship
After reading the feedback, for next year, I'm considering asking for 1 best RPG of the year, 1 worst RPG of the year, and an unlimited number of game rankings on a to scale.
This should help identify the most popular games as well as good niche titles.
I pick up the excess slack in December due to people calling in ""sick""(less so with most people working at least partly remote now) and/or using vacation days then use January for vacation days.in a shocking surprise, Dragon Quest 1 wins codex game of the year with 10 million votesOr do you need a few more weeks for ballot tampering
I think he's on vacation right now.
Fallout 4 did not release in 2021, dispute denied.

You're still using Boomer-time, man. Haven't you heard of Einstein and relativity?

It's scientifically untenable to make the kind of authoritive, top-down diktats on time and space that you're making here.
Everything is relative, my man.
Solasta for having decent wombat
