Should've saved that for when they get full funding though.

Very interesting, thanks for linking. I didn't know Fargo was a programmer as well. Funny to hear about him marketing his own game, pretending to be a fan, calling stores to demand them to stock it... Cut out for business, that guy
Have you changed your position on "gamers expect full voice acting"?
I think the expectations of the audience are predicated on a) what the camera view is and b) how much money they actually spent on the product.
Making a relatively low price point axonometric game is honestly something I didn't believe I would get a chance to do again.
I don't think the average person paying $20/$25 for a game with an axonometric camera that makes their character take up 1/10th of the screen height will be expecting full voice acting.
hey please try t o make the game npot racist
ok

Every piece of art has a signature.
Yep. It's interesting that of all the "RPG forefathers", Brian Fargo is the one that ended up being the most nostalgic and oldschool. He was never much of a nerd compared with Richard Garriott, Jon Van Caneghem, or the Wizardry guys. In fact, he was a "jock" in high school, before he got his first computer.
