Sawyer and Avellone speaks exactly the same. There's a difference in voice obviously, but they articulate stuff exactly the same. Maybe it's a Californian thing. Maybe everybody at Obsidian speaks like that. Like Valley Girls, they influence each other.

People seem to have moved/are moving on from South Park including long-time Obsidian designer Constant Gaw who pulls double duty as a senior designer on Pillars of Eternity and as a Lead Level Designer on an unnanounced project.

Additionaly Obsidian seems to currently have 3 Lead Level Designers.

Possible South Park DLC?

Doesn't look like Gomez has any twitteroos. A search on twitter only gives very questionable results. Gomez doesn't seem to be a very industrious name.

Traditionally a game goes gold (meaning they have a final build to be pressed to DVD) about a month before release, because it takes that long to press the discs and ship them to stores, etc. I don't know how much that's changed in the past 8 or so years; my guess is they're keeping people on SoT to work on patches and DLC, but at least some personnel should be freed up to work on PoE.

Nice video. And hey, russians gave him pronunciation for names and organized all questions, AND are completely silent for the whole interview
Go we

They talk quite a lot, actually - in Russian (among themselves) and in English to Chris (with terrible accent).

Yeah I noticed the same thing. It's certainly a bit of a strange sounding accent.

Only in the second part, when Chris already answered all the interesting, already prepared, questions. That's when I turned video off since it became awkward.
