Perfect quote from the SA article reflecting NMA.
"We know why we aren't taken seriously. It's because other people don't take Fallout seriously..."

So your fundamental objection to NMA is their belief that the Fallout license was not handled with due respect?
It's a fucking video game. I liked Fallout: 1/2, but it's not a fucking religious text. Man, that site was like a ball of fucking depression. I'm surprised none of those posters were on suicide watch.

Really? Look at my small number of posts (for this forum). Look up the amount of times I've talked about Fallout: 3 or said it was a good game.

Yeah, I'm mad they don't like a game I didn't really like.

Fucking hell, man. You sound like you are projecting onto me. Sounds like you revolve your taste in video games around forums, which is epically sad.

From the lurking I've done in the past, I don't see where the Codex is fundamentally different from that forum, other than it has a wider interest in RPGs and less SJWs.

And no, you stupid beaner, my tastes and opinions don't "revolve around forums." I openly admit I use cheats and trainers and don't care about combat in games unless it's actually good. For instance I probably would not have wanted to finish VTMB if I actually had to play straight up. But the setting, atmosphere and writing were some of my favorite in any video game. Most gaymers whine about "save scumming," let alone cheat codes. I also thought the most lauded #1 game ever AKA Planescape Torment was overall a pretty crummy CRPG.

You let a shitty SomethingSensitive article color your opinion on something, how is that not "epically sad"? One of the posts he cherry picked was about killing children. If you kill a child in Fallout you get branded as a "child killer" and the NPCs react unfavorably to you. That's C&C/reactivity. In Fallout 3 they have an annoying amount of children that are impervious to any harm, yet you can still trick them into slavery for a minor "karma" hit and nothing else.

Look at the faggot. Got butthurt because I exposed him bad. Now he's giving me his life story. I'm not reading your fucking life story, faggot. Go look for someone who lives on this forum to share that with them. I couldn't care less how many times you've shoved the VTMB manual up your ass. You've already been exposed as having a sad, pathetic life.

You look up what this forum says before buying games. Then you look up what this forum says about the games you like to form your opinion. How fucking sad, sad, sad. No wonder you're defending NMA.

As for the article, this was my quote before even mentioning the article. "Holy shit, I remember visiting NMA." Yeah, I used to lurk those forums for a while. Your reading skills suck. And why the fuck are people insulting Something Awful like I give two shits? Insult away!

This answers a burning question. "What if Hannibal Lecter had an IQ of 50?"

.. what happened to the originals?
Upgrades happened. First big upgrade from prehistorical and several times breached vBulletin version to fresh one was serious clusterfuck, when at least a half of old members gave up and never returned. Second big upgrade from vBulletin to XenForo resulted in completely new homepage deprived of all links to valuable Fallouty goodies.

He later purchased an Amiga with which taught himself to use 3D Studio.

You're missing a "he" in there, and 3D Studio is not Amiga software.

Probably confusing it with the Lightwave part.
It's still not clear which he taught himself or if both? First the page mentions 3D Studio and then Lightwave in the same manner.

Shitty wiki page, would not edit.

Thanks for the comments, fixed it.

Regarding 3D Studio and LightWave: different sources mentions that he taught himself to use both. I clarified that.

"Shitty wiki page, would not edit."

Thank you, sir:obviously::obviously:
