While it is hardly as classy as Rapeman, there is a rather amusing (albeit horribly written) hentai-game called Shukketsubo (出血簿), aka Virgin Roster. It was fully translated into English.

"In the game, the player assumes the role of Kengo Inui, a shameless rapist posing as a chemistry teacher. Kengo acts nice to endear himself to beautiful girls, then, ignoring their rejection, cruelly attacks and rapes them to change them into his sex slaves. As Kengo, the player can "hunt" and rape 7 different women. Except for Yuki Yoshikawa, there is only one ending for each girl. At the end the player shatters a girl's spirit, thus making her Kengo's slave forever."

Rather fits the criteria, I'd say.
