I have never been able to get more than 1mbps from his own site.

I wonder if it was a local issue or every KoTC 2 backer was doomed to 40+min downloads that were disconnecting with 30 min timeout and needed to refresh the page from time to time to avoid logout+disconnect.

Yeah, my experience with downloading from his site was around an hour to download vs. a minute or so on Steam.

I made one, but the file I hosted is no longer up, and I don't have it. Perhaps someone has it stashed somewhere? It should still work, if anyone manages to find it.
