TBH there's a wide overlap between immunotherapy and oncology, due to the fact that much of the research on cancer treatment is focused on answering why tumors avoid response of human immune system and trying to reverse this effect. Many oncologists that I knew (when studying in medical Uni) were also knowledgeable in immunology.
