HBS is competent, unlike Hardsuit, and not conmen, like Feargus, so it'll be their best attempt yet.So how long before Paradox mess this yet another atempt to use World of Darkness license meaningfully?

I just hope they go back to making normal RPGs. I thought I'd like Battletech but I can't find myself going back to it.
Paradox doesn't have to make only strategy games, but I guess they want an nuXCOM dev rather than an RPG one.I just hope they go back to making normal RPGs. I thought I'd like Battletech but I can't find myself going back to it.
Isn't Paradox calling the shots?

True, and I guess replayability allows them to sell more DLC.They understand strategy games more and they have easier replyability than Bloodlnes 2 or Tyranny ever could
So you want them to do a liberal press conference....ahhh that is weird. It will be better if they do a crusader recruitment program.Shadowrun was not bad at all, Battletech should have been a slamdunk but they went all in on SJW cancer which killed their companions, dialogue and of course the bland girl power plotline. There were enough roguelite elements in that game too. HBS is dead to me and may only be resurrected if Gitelman and Wiesman do a public press appearance shooting rifles into the air with hookers and coke.

No? HoIIV has $120 of DLC. Stellaris has $170.True, and I guess replayability allows them to sell more DLC.
True
Although Paradox sometimes does not sell DLC unless it's for RPGs - they give it for free don't they and hope ppl are hooked?
There. Fixed.people who playstrategyRPG games have autism [...]
Battletech would've been better off being an actual strategy game (with strategy layer on top of tactical layer). This would allow for having mutliple armies, different compositions (including non-mechs), etc.Battletech should have been a slamdunk but they went all in on SJW cancer which killed their companions, dialogue and of course the bland girl power plotline. Probably Unreal since it's hot.if i remember correctly right before they started working with battletech they said they would use the new engine for more shadowrun games.
Harebrained Schemes is looking for a Senior Producer to join the production team midway through development of a new turn-based strategy game.
Nice to Haves
