discard those under 10h of content, rest into regular full.
Like for example you are missing heavy duty underrail on that list, but just discard stuff like it

As before, I don't see the need for a division between "tactical" and regular - except perhaps if it works the same way we determine which subforum a game's thread will be on the Codex, so the Tactical category would only include games which weren't marketed by their own developers as RPGs.

Phantom Liberty has 25-30 hours of content, that's more than some of the full games on the list.

I'd say keep the big expansions (verified via HLTB) on the main list, discard the rest.

Also Vagrus' Sunfire and Moonshadow, although if you're applying the '50 reviews' threshold to the DLC rather than the main game it wouldn't qualify.

Looks like an RPG to me!

The cars have many classes to choose from and stats which drastically change your performance.

On top of that is how it affects the story and how well you progress through it. You can't finish this game if you have a really crappy build.

Forza is more incline than 99% of RPGs.

We just know that, this year, the codex will Bear witness to a GOTY pick even worse than DA:O.

JA3 is more RPG then the most games on the GOTY list, no need to put in "Tactical". As well as Palace of Ice and Phantom Liberty should be considered as stand alone games.

No need to exclude "tactical" from GOTY. There's a thin line between a tabletop RPG and something like Jagged Alliance 3. Instead, add a "Codex Darlings" section so that the "underappreciated gems", often praised and only discussed here (rightfully so), may receive recognition.

I don't think it's excluded. The voting is shared - the categorization is just for naming a "best tactical RPG" in the results (which might also be overall GOTY). Correct me if I'm wrong felipepepe.
