For example, has there ever been a conservative RPG?
Yeah, the uncut version is more of a rant, part of which I already posted here. And you need to keep a central structure in an article like this, or most points you make will be lost.
But this is a forum, so we can debate it ad infinitum. For example, has there ever been a conservative RPG? I know some people say "orcs are black people written by racists!", but I mean explicit political dialog, not undertones.

Why do you keep linking to those cucks?
Are you sure you understand irony, or are you unaware that the author was banned from that discussion forum for saying a word? Why do you keep linking to those cucks?
Why not? There is a CRPG community there, and despite this, I feel topics of importance should get as much exposure and discussion as possible. What does your political opinions of them have anything to do with discussing the article, aside from the irony of it all?

Much of the fantasy literature from which RPGs are derived has conservative political undertones, of various tendencies, and as a consequence CRPGs are frequently implicitly conservative in their worldview without having any explicit politics.
Yes, for example, few RPGs infringe on the right to bear arms and stand your ground.
Eh, seems like Gamasutra won't promote nor feature my article in the front page...
Honestly, I get most of my audience from Reddit and NeoGAF reposts... but I'm banned there, so can't barge in to argue stupid things people say. :/

Who cares, GAF's mods are oversensitive kids on a power trip, that doesn't mean posters there are all idiots.
Of course I did, I just disagreed with your choice of Dragon Commander as a positive example. I didn't comment on Arcanum.Have you not read it until the end? Dragon Commander did use politics almost as a separate mini-game, but Arcanum incorporated them deep into its setting.
