Well, there's that "Fore!" attack with the golf club that is a groinshot. I don't think they would just give groinshot capabilities to some weapons, and not for all.

I think some weapons just have special attacks that go for the groin.

i just watched an interview with MCA wherein the word "actually" was used at least 30 times and i got the distinct impression that when he says "here comes the way of sex" he's not talking about vaginas.

So the guy never realized you could tune the third person camera in fo3, achieving the same effect he describes: the bottom of the screen is at the level of your hips, you don't see your legs when looking straight ahead, when you zoom in to shoot you get the same angle as in ClockworkKnight's pics of RE5, Splinter Cell etc
