What the reviewer claims at the very least indicates there's some difficulty involved this time around.

The reviewers are the type of people who have to retreat from combat with molerats (they take about 2 shots to kill from what I saw in the leaked footage).

Heh, the Fallout wiki already has those vaults listed. None of them are from the Fallout Bible. In FO3, Bethesda used Vault 106 from MCA's bible.

The number of vaults per mi² in Bethesda Fallouts and NV is just insane. One would think they made 5000 of them.
