Both turns in the same folder from the same computer and you should be fine. Obviously probably the same email address, though I don't think that matters. Just make sure all the saves/turns are in the same exact folder.

I have done it this way a hundred times with no issues. I had an issue once, when I used a separate laptop to do one nation's turn.

Edit: And to clarify, I could have done BOTH turns from that laptop and been fine, it just didn't like that I did one from a desktop, and then later the other from a different computer.
