I am halfway to gathering 50 gp for an expedition. I have to say i am really enjoying the story so far, really pleased by down to earth, more personal approach. And writing is pretty good in some places but ,unfortunately, in other places it's totally derp. Other than that, i have not much positive things to say about the game, it get's much less derpy compared to awfull beginning, but it's still pretty weak expirience overall.

Also Shannow, why are you god damn bitter today?
Dunno. Can't remember
But I'm better today :)
I just wish VD'd come back and post news again. VoD does his best, but he simply doesn't quite play in the same league :(

Yes right in the start it looks like the game could be good and the first few quests are interesting, but wait and see it gets worse.

BTW... Isabela's armour features the "RIGID BONING" upgrade. A coincidence? I think not...

There is a huge difference, in my opinion, between actually comparing Nosferatu or Interview with the Vampire to Twilight and saying, for argument's sake, that Twilight is the best vampire flick since the Interview, which, frankly, says nothing at all.
If it says nothing at all... why did you do it in your own review? :smug:

Personally I'm quite certain that Bioware maintained strict standards of using real world elements in regards to their equipment design and lore, even in regards to a corset used as light armor. I mean, Bioware is obviously mature and edgy, there's no way they would include such a juvenile reference in such an epic game, right?

Seriously, Bioware? I can understand getting spam e-mail in ME2, but this just seems ridiculously out of place. Not to mention that you've already done that joke.

ME3: "Docking systems experiencing mechanical failure? Does your thresher maw die after a few minutes of Krogan pea-shooting? Does your collector laser fail to even pierce a quarian environmental suit?"

TOR: "Is the Force no longer with you? Do women mistake your moon for a space station? Do your proton torpedoes fail to reach the reactor core?"

DA3: "Is your pumped-out sequel unable to penetrate the hearts and minds of consumers? Do your efforts to produce something big come out looking pretty half-assed? Does nothing awesome happen when you hit the A button?"

Etc.

What? A Herbal Viagra e-mail spam joke in a fantasy game? That's a new one - never seen before. So, after all, Bioware *is* creative.

I'm reasonably sure erectile dysfunction existed before e-mail was invented and there were people selling special herbs / snake oil / whatever to "cure" it

Konjad, you have to speak Volourn's language. Observe:

"And, BL stole it from FF8. Your fuckin' point exactly? You think email/letters is fukkin' new? FFS

FFS Squirestof fukkin' stol eit from Vigra, moran! LOLOLOLOCAUTS R00fles!

CK, I'm sure it did, but do you really think those vendors were making thousands of copies of letters about their products (which would need to be written by hand) and sending out couriers to deliver them to every literate male in town? It's the concept of medieval spam that I don't think fits in the setting, not the idea of people peddling fake cures. And as I said, they'd already used the joke in ME2, so it's even more pointless to throw it in DA2.

Yep. Just look at traditional Chinese medicine, which is more like traditional Chinese dong medicine.

Chinks are getting other people to hunt rhinos out of existance for potency cures. Someone should break it to them, 'your dick won't be bigger than 2 inches, you're asian.'

You are implying SE didn't invent spam E-mails. You are unnecessarily throwing valuable arguments for SE apologizers.
