Codex 2014 PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Strap Yourselves In Codex Year of the Donut Divinity: Original Sin Project: Eternity Torment: Tides of Numenera Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 BattleTech A Beautifully Desolate Campaign My team has the sexiest and deadliest waifus you can recruit.
I honestly expected no one made the obvious porn joke about the name yet when I read the threat title.
The obivous porn joke? No my friend, this title is so awesome it can go many ways.

Everyone thinks this is about a black man's appendage, or even a black woman's orgasms, but Black Geyser sounds more like a stretch goal to me, if you catch my meaning.

That way it fits more with the game.

Yup.

The game tries to employ some innovative names -- one of the reasons I feel in love with it.

I thought I was master of dry wit and irony until I saw this thread. GreenMagicSpell, I apologise if you're being sincere, and if you're joking then the prodigal son has come home to the Codex where he belongs.

No, in this forum if someone has a post history consisting entirely of one game, and their sentiments are overwhelmingly positive (the title is exciting? Really?), then they are often asked if they are a dev (/mobile marketing specialist).

(or given a plant avatar :smug:)

Also, he forgot to mention in his response to you that he is sort of affiliated with them:

Since you've brought this up: I'm impressed with the game, but I also know one of the developers (through a common friend). I never said there is no contact or affiliation -- I'm just not part of the official team, and I don't do any content for the game. (Yes, I expect to get a free Beta or even a free copy for my help. :) ) And yes, I collect your feedback and will forward the key points to their marketing guy. :)

GreenMagicSpell probably if someone asks you if you're one of the devs, saying essentially "no I just like this game" isn't enough since you know the devs personally and "volunteer" as a part of the team, and therefore are affiliated with them.

:D Don't be kidding, mate. I can say whatever I want. There is no such thing as "enough" or "not enough" for my answers. Anyone who checks the initial post of this thread can read that I'm devoted to the promotion of this project. So I didn't lie. Does it make Black geyser: Couriers of Darkness better or worse if truly love it, or if I actually hate it and do all this for $20 per day, or if I'm the founder herself, or if I'm a random gamer who fell in love with black geysers? Does this change the game's atmosphere, graphics, songs, story, whatever? Get a life.

I understand you guys had enough of "Hello player fellows, I just came across this awesome game, check it out" type of self-promotion, but this is not that bicycle. You should ride the correct one. ;)

I assume you ride the Black Gaysers one when you like it so much?

White Knights... hmm... Black Geyser: Couriers of Darkness will have Templars, you might want to taste them (I hope the devs soon update the page with STATS, disadvantages, advantages, bonuses etc. -- it's not a good thing they don't have those yet):

http://www.blackgeyser.com/game-classes#templar
Now I am sure you are doing this on purpose :P
