Someone I know is bedridden and reads a lot but hasn't played any video games. Is there an easy and accessible RPG for someone with a lot of time on their hands and limited motor function? Preferably turn-based, story-driven, fantasy theme, low difficulty, and sold on GOG. inb4 Temple of Elemental Evil
Dark Souls. If they complain about difficulty with the controls because of motor function just say, git gud.

Any turn-based RPG can be played by crippled retards without more difficulty than browsing the internet.

Not bait, but a factual and obvious statement.

I was unironically thinking Numenera but I only own it on Steam and to rebuy it on GOG would be like $40 LMAO
Just ping me if you decide to buy Numenera FOR THE SECOND TIME so that I can block you

It's not an RPG, but The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante sounds like a good introduction to videogames for someone who enjoys reading.

After that, I'd probably consider Banner Saga, We. The Revolution and Pentiment. These are not RPGs (I guess Banner Saga is?), but still games somewhat adjacent to the genre.

Dragon Age: Origins is neither too old nor too new, it's pretty addicting, has a cool story and is quite accessible.

Although this smells a little suspiciously like a troll thread, nevertheless i will say that for a storyfaq Avernum is a great choice. It has a compelling story, fun character levelups, has also quite a few secrets in it and everything in the game is turnbased. Regarding the difficulty it depends on which of the Avernums you actually play as they differ a bit, but in general they aren't too difficult and when in doubt you can always lower the difficulty to a minimum. The whole saga is sold on gog as one item. (which in this case means seven games, later Avernum remakes are sold differently on gog, too)
