Given that P:ST was made under severe crunch conditions (such that Chris was barely able to save the companion dialogues, as I understand it from Fairfax), it seems like if he's working on this it would probably wind up the definitive vision that he intended.

Nah Morte, Vhailor an probably Ignus are already dickless or bodyless, while Nordoms a genderless construct. All before freaks started whinin about inclusivity.

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.

Morte had unacceptable misogynist banter with TNO in the mortuary, it will need to be updated for todays audiences. Ignus was a straight male who loved a woman (probably white too) and is therefore not diverse enough, and Vhailor is clearly prejudiced, all very very verrrrrrry problematic. Also, not one tranny to be found, but that can be fixed by making FFG a dude in drag.

Are they going to delete the original version from history, just like they did with Baldur's Gate and Icewind dale?

And the only white male (dakkon) is cucked from before the game begins by the pragmatic incarnation. :negative:

But seriously, I do think the 3d models (especially the female ones) might be screwed with. Crapdog replaced the perfectly good 3d animations in BG with their halfassed 2d garbage.

Be prepared for the new flatchested Annah of decline. :argh:

There is a myth that Hugo Wolf went insane after one of his compositions was savagely denied by an orchestra. The conductor invited him for just such a thing, but then said in front of everyone "Of course we won't be playing Herr Wolf's composition, I just wanted to show you the man who dares to compose in the shadow of Maestro Brahms". He actually went into syphilitic insanity, but not related to any of this. Anywho, this myth reminds me of Avellone. Going insane from everyone's treatment of his work.

What if, in a stroke of genius, Techland licensed the digital distribution rights to the original PST, pull it from GOG like Bethesda did, and fund the EE remaster and make it only available to those that purchase Tworment as a way to boost sales?

I refuse to play Torment until they make all the women ugly.

Make all the females Feminist?

While we are at it make the Nameless one a Trans. And put in Tranny bathrooms so nameless can take a pee.
Maybe change his name to Genderless one.

Also make Morte's skull black because he is too white. The white skull is problematic.

BGII:EE was pretty good.

Dunno why you people have a problem with it.
Because the original content they added was universally shit and they added little else of note. Except coloured selection circles, which are great. I wonder if this will have them.

I enjoyed all the added characters, especially Dorn Il-Khan, Neera the Wild Mage, and the vampire Hexxat and her whole quest line.

Hexxat seemed marginally out of place, but her quest line was pretty fun.

They did it with Baldur's Gate. So it stands to reason it might happen with PS:T as well. You still get the originals with the EEs, but they are no longer available seperately.

Will there be a Planescape: Trannyspear DLC for the EE?

Anyway, this will be completely worthless unless they polished up and rerendered the original assets (which they didn't). They had the original assets for BG2 and all they did with them was spice up this trailer. If they aren't going to polish up the game then they might as well just let people buy the original on GoG or rerelease it on Steam.
