Can you play a strictly good, evil-banishing, degeneracy-destroying Paladin of Helm and get as much acknowledgement from the game as you would if you were playing an absolute degenerate?
"Not all goblins/orcs are evil!"
"Not all drow are evil!"
"Not all fiends, the literal physical manifestation of evil, are evil!"
you can respec him into a rotting corpse in faerun, black lives don't matter. Can you respec Wyll into white person? Or he's like Red Prince in DoS2?
There's a game named Leman, but I don't think that you can have a big party. I don't honestly know, but it seems somewhat inspired by Battle Brothers.

While rough around the edges, Dead Monarchy might be worth checking out too if you haven't yet.Wait, that actually looks like a legit Battle Brothers clone, I can't believe I never heard about it. It doesn't even have a thread of Codex. Looking at the description and the reviews, it might actually be a hidden BB-like gem. I'm gonna play the shit out of it and report back.

The answer to all of these is simple: cakesCalling out Smejki again, because, of course, he is Larian Studio's representative on the Codex. But in the spirit of friendship, softball questions are in order.
What books are your defining, basic historical literature you studied to understand humanity in an abstract way?
How have you personally dealt with emotional struggle at Larian?
How did you lead your team through deadlines and how did you develop your subordinates?
How have you developed your successors? How do you see yourself adding to the company?
They are working on the collision detection issues that occur during the scene where the bear tries to insert it's penis into your character's anus.Where did you get that info? I saw this today some hours agoReview keys still not out.
Is Avellone the only fagsidian/biowhore oldtimer not butthurt by this game? Or is he silent only because he got me too'd and is locked away in some fridge?
The game's title changed. It was first called The Book of the Game, or something like that. Apparently, it sold super poorly, and the developer says that the name caused issues with Steam algorithm. There's a game named Leman, but I don't think that you can have a big party. Nobody could have foreseen that.that the name caused issues with Steam algorithm.
I'd say a little bit of envy, oh wish I was the guy that hit that node. And the classic for every single human being in this damn earth change, no one likes changing. This might imply they have to change and adapt to something new and we all know the common practice is to repeat something until its vomit inducing because everyone like their cozy non chaotic schedules. Is Avellone the only fagsidian/biowhore oldtimer not butthurt by this game? I honestly don't understand why some devs are acting like this game is going to single-handedly ruin their careers or something.
A big budget game with lots of marketing gets hype? Holy shit, time to freak out on twitter.
stupid take, does not apply. it's not based on multiplayer gameplay where every session is more or less a fresh experience, so why would most people NOT drop it after a month? i know i probably will, but i'll also return to it after a while when the burnout fades to see what i missed. a ~100 hour campaign game is simply not the same as logging on for an hour or two every other day to shoot virtual enemy players in the head. The litmus test isn't the launch day number but the number after a month. 90% of players will have dropped the game by then. What do we think of concurrent players at launch day?
My guess is in the region of 250k.
I review games myself and am covering this. Checked around before writing the post and no one was getting shit. But it might be out now, for all I know. It's late here and our guy in charge of getting review codes is fast asleep. Hopefully I can get started in the morning.Where did you get that info? You can avoid a bunch of combat with dialogue checks. Just from what I can recall of the start of EA...thats not combat specialist my fellow dialogue specialist-utility-offensive casterI'm going to play my combat specialist Illusionist/rogue.fextralife delivers
whos going to play combat specialist?
"Dialogue specialist" lol. Is that even a thing?
Unlike certain older games, in this one you can't go through without combat. That has been established from the ea.
they've spent the last decade+ making technically and artistically inferior products, and they know it.Is Avellone the only fagsidian/biowhore oldtimer not butthurt by this game? Or is he silent only because he got me too'd and is locked away in some fridge?

It will result in the same schizo rating games like Age of Wonders 4 got. Very positive because people play for 10 hours, leave a good review, then drop it. This is also how Wrath became so overrated. I bet you the quality will plummet after the first act.stupid take, does not apply. it's not based on multiplayer gameplay where every session is more or less a fresh experience, so why would most people NOT drop it after a month? i know i probably will, but i'll also return to it after a while when the burnout fades to see what i missed. a ~100 hour campaign game is simply not the same as logging on for an hour or two every other day to shoot virtual enemy players in the head. The litmus test isn't the launch day number but the number after a month. 90% of players will have dropped the game by then. What do we think of concurrent players at launch day?

multiplayer games are generally geared toward keeping player interest over time and have completely different content pipelines and economic models. all Larian needs is your purchase and they are good - but as we already know from DoS2, a healthy modding scene will keep the game alive for a long time to come. skyrim is a piece of shit but mods carry it to this day.
"most people"'s interest in anything is fleeting, especially in campaign style games where you are justified in thinking you've seen most of it after 1 playthrough or get bored near the end of it. it's a big undertaking to complete a whole campaign, which is not the case in other types of games where you just log on and play a few 15-20 minute multiplayer matches here and there.
Chris Avellone is preoccupied with his new career designing and manufacturing miniatures for use in wargames and RPGs:Is Avellone the only fagsidian/biowhore oldtimer not butthurt by this game? Or is he silent only because he got me too'd and is locked away in some fridge?
The only problem with diplomacy'ing your way out of encounters is that you're missing out on loot and treasure afterwards. Is it worth it?Do you get exp. for avoiding fights? If so, I will grognard the system.
i'm sure there are exceptions to this, but you will probably be able to do peoples quests/play nice and then kill them anyway. also in EA you're able to pickpocket a lot of what people have on them, i guess not their armor or equipped weaponThe only problem with diplomacy'ing your way out of encounters is that you're missing out on loot and treasure afterwards. I'm still surprised we didn't see any Battle Brothers clones yet
