Yea, those patron tags don't necessarily mean someone's donated for the Codex upkeep, it's a bit of a misnomer. We'll need to make such statuses more clear for some of the features planned for the future of the Codex.
Am I the only one who thinks this sounds ominous?

A roleplay site. The fact people are able to speak freely is a plus. Even if sometimes it comes at the cost we have people that are here and never play games let alone discuss them and all they do is just trolling others out of nowhere and blessing us with an absurd level of pointless sperging and seething. Some come here just to discuss politics like if in our everyday life we are not flooded enough. I like the fact we have rooms now where people can discuss about what they want to discuss with no interruption.

Some codexers delight in to interrupt RPG discussions and usually the ones that do that are the same ones complaining about the birth of the RPG discussion channel. Then you have the addicts and the drunks coming to bless us with their... Insight... About life.

Since politics has almost completely destroyed this genre, it seems pertinent to be able to discuss that freely.
Nobody said that should not be discussed but politoc is enough discussed in our everyday life we are at the point you cannot even avoid that. But again this is RPG codex not cnn. That could be solved by structuring the box in similiar manner the site is.

The problem with discussing politics in real life isn't the politics, it's that you can't talk about the real elelphant in the room. You have to keep it kosher or the gay black jew mafia will come to get you.
