There's "bullet time" in it, whether it's good, I don't know, I've never played it and I only found out about it today. It appears to be one of those console games ported to the PC with the intention of making a quick buck.

You are completely right! After watching some gameplay, I had to stop because my eyes started to bleed. So I went to play HOMM III to purify myself.
