You have few interesting options there, you can force demon to leave possesed person... or make a deal with Demon.
You can get:
- Possibility to learn powerful (in lore, in game it's shit) blood magic
- get +20 approval of a companion (shit)
- skill point (Meh)
- Sex with her, which must be good as she is Desire Demon

you can make a deal with a demon king for additional power, just gotta kill his former servant and be bound to the king forever and ever. Though your soul at that point is promised to 3 or 4 other people already, so he's probably getting fleeced by you in actuality.

In Sort The Court you can also make deals with demons and mimics to sell the souls or lives of your subjects for more wealth.

Can't you technically rape her too, by intimidating her so powerfully you command her to fuck you and release the boy as well?

Didn't the way specializations worked in Origins (they were carried across save games) mean you could literally just save before that bit, get blood magic and reload?
