1. Vampire: Bloodlines (Abandoned) Vampires are just so cringe to begin with and this game has some atrociously lame dialogue and retarded situations and characters. Top it off with the fact that the combat is ass and you've got basically a shitty deus ex for teen anime fans. How did this piece of shit get 44% of codexers to vote for it? We may never know.
2. ATOM RPG (Completed) Proof that it's possible to be goofy without going into cringe territory (like wasteland 3 for example) and maintains a consistent tone through the whole game rather than giving you tonal whiplash with drama. On top of that, the game is fun to play, how about that?
3. Knights of the Chalice (Abandoned) I hate wizards more than anything and everything in this game is a god damned wizard. Any world this saturated with magic users deserves to end. You can almost hear the fucker who made this giggling at you with each encounter and I hope I meet him one day before I die so that I can douse him with gasoline, 5 FOOT STEP and then throw a match at him. Fucken asshole.
4. Caves of Lore (Abandoned) Caves of bore.
5. Death Knights of Krynn (Completed) I really think dnd peaked at 1st edition.
6. Dungeon Rats (Completed) This game was so good that I need to go back and play Age Of Decadence again to make sure that I didn't miss something. Like a roman version of prison break if the main characters were all Lincoln Burrows which would, of course, be a big improvement.
INTERMISSION: Age of Decadence (Completed) Turns out this wasn't ass after all, it was just presented in a way that you'd think that it was ass. Thanks to dungeon rats, I knew what I was doing enough to make a Conan-style character in this, ignoring 99% of all skills. This game is so stingy that it's suffocating, supposedly to encourage you to play it again but I shudder to think how boring it would be to play a character who relies on more dialogue and less murdering.
7. Solasta (Completed) Nauseatingly corporate world where everyone has a white male personality and demeanour but they have evenly distributed skin shades and genders. Almost quit at the character creator, but the dialogue combines with the terrifying corpse mannequins and janky animations in such a way that it made me laugh so much that I had to see what stupid shit happened next. "Oi, what's wif dis donkey pish" "Time ta drink more donkey pish" "Nuffin like a good story wif a warm mug o donkey pish" etc.
8. Nox (Abandoned) Nothing really wrong with it, has some heart. Very boring though.
9. Black Geyser (Sort of Completed) It was okay, but the game ended quite abruptly when it insisted that I replace one of my badass adventurers with some weird looking chick named "island". No thank you, only 7/10s or higher are allowed in this party. At least it let me kill her before booting me to the menu, a better ending than a lot of games get.
10. Inquisitor (Completed) This game rules, unique premise, excellent atmosphere, very edgy, good sense of power progression from start to finish, useful magic, unbalanced in a good way, allowing you to stumble into OP tactics. Also very tedious, but it kept me glued to the screen for hours at a time even though I normally hate diablo combat.
11. Planet Alcatraz (On Hold) English translation is censored, will play this in a few years when my Russian is better.
12. Summoner 2 (Abandoned) Replaced my boy Joseph with a girl boss, replaced my RPG with an action game.
13. Vendetta (Abandoned) Has a lot of potential but the game is FUCKED UP. I can handle barely functional melee combat and having to fight the character to get through simple obstacles. I even find it charming. But, I hit my limit when I was walking around town after sailing to a port and spent an hour messing around and exploring. I was hearing cannon sounds in the distance but didn't think anything of it. When I went to leave, the green embark circle was not doing anything... wait where's my boat? On reload I can see that there was a ship in the town shooting the defenceless boat for no reason and it can actually sink and leave you stranded in the town forever. Retards made this game.
14. Crusader: No Regret (Abandoned) Like crusader: no remorse except worse in every way, I'd rather just play the first one again.
15. Space Wreck (Abandoned) Another stinker.
16. The Thing (Abandoned) They made and released this game before they decided how it was supposed to work.
17. Tyranny (Abandoned) It's woke, unpleasant to look at and overall bland and unenjoyable.
18. Soulbringer (TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES) Won't launch, but I think my computer was probably doing me a favour judging by the reviews.
