I don't think we have talked about this before. Is there a game that you can't see without the nostalgia goggles?
As a kid I played a lot of platformers, mostly emulated until I had my first console (Play Station) in the early 2000's when it was almost dead. I still have a lot of good memories with some games from it, but there's only one game and it's from those emulation days, that makes me feel like a kid again. When I played it last time it wasn't obviously the same as when I was 6-7, but I could remember the excitement I had back then, the curiosity, the little dream of beating it, that music, that kind of sad feeling of knowing that you can't go back to the times when things were simple and mom gave me the good night kiss(I'm getting too exaggerated).
I don't even need to play it, just to listen the soundtrack in a calmly night to have those feelings.
Now you, be romantic too. I know you still have a soul somewhere.
