Warhammer Fantasy RPG adventures

Out of curiosity, I've been reading a few Warhammer Fantasy RPG adventures (mostly 1st Edition, I believe). I'm currently reading the stand-alone adventure "Fear the worst", but several months ago, I've read a few older adventures belonging to series (though I don't remember their names right now).

I'm rather pleasantly surprised. Most of the adventures seem to put a lot of emphasis on interactions between PCs and NPCs, which makes actual roleplaying especially important.

Does anyone have recommendations regarding Warhammer Fantasy adventures ?

The Enemy Within is state-of-the-art campaign material, not just in terms of WFRP, but in general. I GM'd it some two years ago and I'd hazard saying it was some of the most fun PnP experience my players and I have had ever.

I'm gonna run a oneshot for mostly complete noobs to pnp rpgs and we opted for WFRPG.
I'm leaning towards the Night of Blood module, as it feels both focused enough for newcomers not to get lost and quite in the tone of Warhammer Fantasy.
If someone knows of a better one-time scenario to initiate to RPGs and showcase the strength of this universe, I'm eager to hear !

I however am absolutely not familiar with 4E, which is the ruleset we'll use. So I'm all ears for any tips about rules that should be revised or ignored.

I don't much about anything this particular topic, but I like how Warhammer seemed to be set in a kind of Renaissance Europe and had interesting art. It had a sense of style these games tend to lack.
