never heard of it. How is thievery? Are traps in? Vid seems to give outward meets runescape vibes?

For thievery/traps you will want to spec in the Banditry line. There is a large variety of viable builds and stealth play is certainly one of them. As a warning, the game is super janky in its control, but becomes an afterthought once you grow accustomed to it.

Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Codex Year of the Donut Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Steam is kinda a pain to use now. If I buy something, I get stuck on the payment page for some reason, until I click on a steam link that forces a new page. Oh and yeah, some games don't have % discount.

Update to Discount Display

As of the start of the Steam Summer Sale on June 29th, games that are running a discount within 30 days of the previous discount appear slightly differently to players in a few countries. Customers in France, Poland, Belgium, and seven other EU countries see a different presentation of discounted price for games in this uncommon situation.

Does this apply to my game?
While Steam already limits discounting to require 30 day cool-down periods, there are situations around seasonal sales where those cool-downs are not required and discounts can be closer together. In these cases, customers in some EU countries see these discounts displayed alongside the game's lowest price from the previous 30 days.

This situation only arises around our four major seasonal sales, all of which are exempt from our typical 30-day cooldown enforced for all other sale events. The reason we have these four major exemptions from normal discount cooldowns is so that we can host big, exciting seasonal sales where almost everything on Steam is on sale without having periods of time on either side where barely anything is on discount.

This means customers (in the regions listed below) will notice this change only with games that run a discount just ahead of or just after these four major sales. It also impacts any game that participated in both Autumn and Winter sale, as those two sale events always run slightly less than 30 days apart.

How will this look for players?
In the situations where this arises, players will see a modified presentation of the discounted price on Steam.
  • In many contexts when browsing games, players will see a new icon next to the price to indicate that there is a special offer happening now.

  • Then, when visiting the store page for that game, more details will be visible explaining the pricing breakdown. Here is an example:

Which countries does this display appear?
This price display will appear to customers in Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Sweden.

Our goal is to keep things simple and easy for developers and customers, so discounts continue to always run globally even if we have to display the prices slightly differently from one territory to another.

Add -vgui to the target in steam shortcut. This way it will launch the old version and not this new "updated" abomination. That fixed most issues for me.:M

Some dude in the comments with a soviet hammer and sickle as his avatar says

Should be mandatory to every country.. I just have SteamDB extension installed, it does the same, for everyone that does not know.

Another way of doing it is by sorting the prices by discount. It won't show the discount itself, but it you will be able to tell how big it is in relation to other games that have their discounts shown.

I bought 7 games (well, 2 are DLCs to Unity of Command) for ~32 euro, with the pricest game being ~6.80 euro (Slipways) or lower. It's like buying a game for ~4,5 euro overall so it's not a bad deal, although my backlog keeps growing...

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.
Yeah I have to literally ban myself from buying more gaymz, I ate through my backlog quite a bit during corona but I still have dozens and dozens unplayed.

Fuck sales, gaymz aren't going anywhere and you can always buy a key from Eneba or whatever.

P.S.: Sitrep, self-ban was successful, only bought 4 games, 40 jewro in total. :smug:

Has Conan Exiles ever had a complete edition sale for anything like a reasonable price? I've been interested in playing it for a long time, but it's currently £90 for everything
Don't be a whale. You don't need every damn DLC, it's 98% cosmetics. Pick a culture your character is from and MAYBE buy one cosmetic DLC for that culture. (The base game already has a ton of choices.) If you need a football helmet, clown shoes, and a striped leotard to feel like a barbarian you're doing it wrong.
