It should be challeging, with lots of replay value
It should have guns, real guns, lots of it
It should be isometric and turn based
It should have a system that allows lots of different builds
It should have random placement and events, so i get the said replay value
It should have a detailed and believable economy sistem, which interacts with what happens to the world after plot events
It should have challenging, repeatable quests
It should scale to my level so i never feel too overpowered
It should have an interesting story with not so many cliches
It should have collectibles so i can satisfy my autistic completionist cravings
It must be hard so we can enjoy filthy casuals complaining they got filtered
It should have crafting and resource management

I don't remember what else, but mainly this would make a great RPG for me

Just another New Vegas where there's a bunch of believable factions in conflict over something and you pick a side. Sick of being the chosen one who has to save the world from some stupid villain in a high fantasy setting. Pillars of Eternity 2 was almost good for this but then the terrible god plot overshadowed the whole thing and diverted resources away from really fleshing out the faction side of the story.

Based on the Fourth Crusade, i.e. Crusaders vs Byzantine, with Turks, Venetians, Bulgarians and assorted rif-raff also mulling in. Art reminiscent of The Inquisitor, TOEE combat, Battle Brothers writing, Prelude to Darkness quests.

It would be an isometric turn-based sci-fi space western. An epic adventure that would take you around the Verse, from dealing with low-life criminals through halls of power to mysterious alien ruins. Shootouts with Johnny Law, close run-ins with pirates on a smuggling mission, prison escape (or breakout) and gritty political undertones with oppressive government, new religion spreading like wildfire and perhaps a touch of shadowy organization trying to enlist your help towards some undisclosed goal. World and the story would be responsive to your build, choices and your character's past (disgraced aristocrat, street urchin/criminal, soldier from the losing side, mocked scientist turned revolutionary, runaway vat-grown lab rat, zealot heretic). You'd have or come into possession of your space ship, assemble a crew and set out. One thing that always bothered me was that player character seems to be the only person in the world who's doing anything. I'm thinking your companions wouldn't trail you like lost puppies, but tend to their own business, only getting together when there is a proper job that they signed up for to do. Maybe they would ask for help or could be asked for help on occasion, but would remain their own people and you would have to sometimes deal with unpleasant consequences of their actions or come at odds with them. Combat would be very difficult and very deadly. You'd have to think twice before shooting your way through a military outpost when they got an MG nest and rethinking an idea of taking on debt from a local crime lord in exchange for papers. Or maybe you would choose to utilize some expensive sci-fi gear, burning through plasma ammo or some cool explosives. Or your character with enough engineering skill could start assembling a military-grade power armor and arming it with, say, two flamethrowers. Or (if you're from the soldier's background) it turns out your old buddy is in charge of the outpost will just let you through for old times' sake.

I have to stop writing and tend to my excessive salivation now.

Fallout (quest design) + Gothic (handcrafted world, NPCs schedules, factions) + Dark Souls (combat) + Thief (stealth) + Kenshi (sandbox freedom) + A fucking good story.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I have a 50 page design document on it :M

Simulationist RPG with 10 stats and plenty of skills, low magic fantasy inspired by late antiquity and early middle ages (but early gunpowder also exists), several cultures in conflict with each other, innovative magic systems that requires casters to draw power from a source, etc.
The most notable things are the complex inventory system where how much you can carry depends on what you're wearing (kinda like Neo Scavenger, where you need to get a backpack to carry shit, or can stuff small items into your pants pockets), and a wound-based combat system without classic HPs. Everyone has 100 blood points representing your blood, if they hit zero you die from bleeding out. Constitution affects your chance of falling unconscious when at low blood levels. Someone with shit constitution will pass out at 30 while someone with top constitution can stay on his legs until dead. Wound system that can cause negative effects on your limbs when they get hit. Stamina is very important. Hits can cause pain that will add mali to your character.

Sounds like Iron Tower kind of thing.

A new game in the Arcanum setting, preferably made by a handful of Slavs in their moms' basements, since they seem to make the best RPGs these days.

Daggerfall with at least Morrowind level of detail and the option to play with up to 7 other people, plus AI optionally taking control of unused player slots to add a little competition for the human players.

It's already been released. Thank you, Ion Storm.
Beat me to it. All the recent Cyberpunk talk got me pining for the real thing again, just cleared the Battery Park metro a minute ago.
