Eh, independent, strong "teenager" with a hardon for tech and a goal to achieve. Not saying its genius, but its something, and shes immediately useful because of something she did and because of what she can do outside of combat. Unno, i thought she was fine as a character.
But then again, i also thought wrex was fine as a character, and so was liara in ME1. In ME2 both of those characters went to shit far worse than whatever treatment tali got tho.

Disagree. Durance and Grieving Mother were superb, and that after their content was cut to 1/4 of the original. If MCA was allowed to write unchecked, both had the potential to be PST companion material. Also Pillars of Eternity wasn't MCA work as a whole.
All in all, in my opinion, MCA remains god, and the only dev at Obsidian i would trust in a kickstarter pitch.

MCA himself says that they aren't quite what he initially wrote which is truly sad because they are head and shoulders about the rest of the companions. I would gladly see more content or at least conversations involving them.
