The story is afaik that she likes to do it. At first I thought it's some kind of Maugli kid that grown up but didn't forget ho to do that, but no - she do it just for fun.

Wait is this not even a controller, it's just picking up sounds and translating that to keypresses? Because the detection fails and seems to do nothing even when he's playing, or just the wrong thing. Which seems absolutely insufferably annoying.

Yep, that's what he is doing and the most annoying thing is the way to the bosses since you would have to set up really sophisticated macros to sprint past the enemies. Walking/running and changing directions smoothly is also almost not possible.

He beat Capra on first try though. To think how many tries i needed... :shredder:

It'd be hilarious if you used this to create a youtube video that would play into your mic and TAS-complete games. Probably not really possible for Dark Souls since I don't think it's deterministic but definitely a lot of other games would work.

Gave DaS another spin after beating Demon's Souls, decided to play as a sorcerer for the first time. I've finished this game many times, and despite all that i still managed to get my ass beat by Capra demon. Fuck that guy.

Wait what? I didm't watch past first half-hour - I though it was mostly fail.
You meam really he beat friggim Copro?

Yeah :D

He wore the Knight or Elite Knight set, turtled in the right corner at the fog gate and tanked Capra with an sword axe and shield. Only one of the dogs attacked him though. I overestimated the stamina drain from that guy and learned that block strats without a single roll are perfectly viable.
He also killed the Hydra with the Zweihander lol.

It seems, as long as you are able to block and get hits in between, this crazy playstyle is possible. And the enemies must be predictable. I have a hard time believing he could beat Skeleton Dogs or Titanite Demons. Or the rolling cats.

Ah yeah, I watched his first stream - lol, he managed to beat gargoyles... WTF!
Also, won Taurus demon from SECOND try.
Well, of course he used shield, and I rolled...
Shield looks like easy mod. Except need for greending for souls later, for better shield, weapon, armor.

Skeleton Dogs

Those at the Tomb?

Late game and NG+ are worth the early game pain. Sorcery eventually turns every encounter into a curbstomp.

i'm already at that point, even before Sen's fortress.
The only problem is that I still struggle with desire to just pummel everything with my enchanted club instead of using sorceries.

That's understandable, but it'll fall by the wayside after watching O & S and later, The 4 Kings just keel over after a homing soulmass or two. My sorcerer character was the only time I played the game up to NG+7 because I just couldn't believe how OP it was even adjusted for higher game cycles.

Pronouns: rusts/rusty
Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture
I started watching the All Gwyn Run from Challenger Andy, and the first video was both fun and interesting:

It starts slow and boring, but when it gets to the attempts to find a strategy to defeat the boss it picks up (around 15:20). It's like a discount less polished Limit Breakers.
