BG1: best tavern theme ever.

MM6: New Sorpigal Theme and the party creation/arena/... theme. Overall one of the best RPG soundtracks ever.

DA:O and ME3 have great soundtracks.
Love Aubrey Ashburn's angelic voice, she sings like an elf.

DA:O Camp theme is soothing and a fan favourite one.
ME1 Vigil a fan favourite theme.
ME3 A Future for the Krogan is on the second place.

Cyberpunk 2077, basically every song from the soundtrack, but notable among them are the main theme, all songs by Samurai, Wires and Chains, I really want to stay at your house (especially for Edgerunners enjoyers).

Doubt anyone even heard about this one but i enjoyed the OST of Ruza.

And also from this game if we count roguelikes as RPGs

Fuck
Can't get over how fucking good and thematically appropriate the CSG OST is

I also like the citizen sleeper soundtrack. Of course, it's necessary for this type of game.

Witcher 1 is my favourite as a whole hands down.

I'll still occasionally put this song on when back visiting village at home and just walk:

Mass Effect 1s ending credits song. It might just be the memory of being able to stay up late with my cousin finishing the game and that song coming on after a 2 day grind, but to me it fit perfectly with the end of that adventure:

I've come to realize I don't like actual "songs" in the soundtracks when I'm playing games, I prefer atmospheric background music much more. Percival is a great band for example, but I didn't appreciate a lot of the choices for music in game in Twitcher 3 but I didn't feel like I was in a shithole medieval slavic village as in Witcher 1 outskirts. While Twitcher 3 has Percival (and did have a Croatian song, lfg), it took me out of it because I don't like feeling like I have a whole symphony following my character around. It's the same issue I had with Gothic 3's soundtrack.

Bonus Points to Leliana's song in DA:O since the intro music was already mentioned more than once. Doing the Dalish camp last made it perfect, like the last calm before the storm. Just sad the added instruments to the song without actually showing some animations of her playing an instrument:
