I have no idea what are those achievements,i believe that they patched some nu very hard achievements or something like that. Even if most of them could be cheesed by just rushing like in the speedrun.

I have a little fantasy writing project to keep me amused and the ''Gods'' there are defined as any being that spontaneously arises from the stuff of Chaos. Some of those Gods are responsible for creating the mortal worlds, so they are powerful, but it took them a long time and they had to work together. Generally speaking, the Gods in my setting are slow and individually weak compared to the rapid grasping ambition of a great sorcerer.

So I agree 100%, a proper view of what a God is, should involve being an Uncaused Cause and having powers of creation that go past the normal laws of physics or indeed magic. Seeing it as brute strength is a lack of imagination.

I guess you could view Gods as objects of worship but it seems wrong to base this sort of cosmological on the circlejerking of meatbags.

Are you insane? From all the active users in this thread the people that finished the game can be numbered on one hand. I for example am one of those people. It is pretty interesting to have debate with a person that have made 20 different builds and have seen only the first island,while he is trying to inform you how great the game is and how you know shit.

Itemization is pretty good after this patch expansion.

50% more damage > 1 second faster recovery time. Overbearing Shot on arbalests can infinitely stunlock bosses, whereas Interupting Shot on crossbows is redundant because they already have strong interruption chance.
