Out Of Chicken is a non-competitive shooter that features a burn out cycle. A burn out cycle is when the players who killed other ONPCs or INPCs spend time in another level and are not allowed to join most of the other levels especially the main level where it is a little bit Rust-like with more Dutch rust than in Rust if you know what I mean. When a burn out happens the ONPCs who did not need to spend any time in burn out get to continue playing with each other and INPCs on the main map for a while after which the server is reset and the ONPCs who did not get burn out time get to play immediately while non-banned burnouts take more time to be allowed back into the main level. They do have the option to incarnate as chickens in the main levels while in burn out. Otherwise they need fend off demons and other burn outs. ONPCs who are not spending time in burn out can build and farm, research, work, play vr or do anything they want. This way ONPCs who kill a lot of other ONPCs or INPCs will get major disadvantages (no good word for this in English apparently: achterstand, falling behind) as opposed to well behaving players.

Due to the ability to switch servers I expect this game to be a lot worse behaved than here.

A burnout happens at a predetermined time or can be triggered by an admin.

Yo hey hi there poultry lackers! I know the announcement of OOC has instilled in you all a warm brooding excitement so let's try to put that to good use shall we. It's time for the very first update to Out Of Chicken and it includes the announcement of the Ever Got Game (EGG) expansion DLC booster pack! It features a mechanic straight out of the Paul tree of the Christianity forrest. If you buy it you don't have to spend any time in burnout at all!

I completely forgot about this thread. Current working title of my modern setting game is Luck Dawn, although the project is named TaxInTheCity at this point and Unreal doesn't like renaming stuff.

It takes place in a flat world not unlike our own. The sun hovers over the middle which has become a desert because of it except for one river, the Nilevraat that runs through the middle of it. The land adjacent to the east of this river is called Zandistan and is referred to as the Middle-East in the game. The country on the western side is called Saai Eem and is referred to as the Middle-West, Saai Eem occupies most of both shores. During nightfall the sun dims and the moon shows up.

NPC dialogue: Can you believe that people used to believe the world was round? Like the sun? Like the moon? Hahaha, that's crazy! Madness!
