In Last Year you’ll experience the nightmare together as you and 5 friends struggle to survive against one player that's playing as the Killer. Explore familiar territory based on classic horror movie locations including Camp Silver Lake and East Side High. You’ll play the roles of 5 stereotypical high school characters while co-operating to complete objectives and survive.

Another real time first-person dungeon crawler? These seem to have really come out of the woodwork since Grimrock. The funding goal seems a tad low too.
Oh, and no party? :decline:

That being said, I'll probably contribute for a digital download if it gets real close (~90%) during the next couple of days.

Wait, so Bisons aren't extinct D: ? And they are actually farming them D: ?
Not only are they not extinct, they're sometimes used for food. Bison meat is harder to find than that of cows, pigs, turkeys and chickens, but you can occasionally find it in grocery stores and restaurants. I've had it before, it's like beef but tangier.

Play the role of bird-brained lawyer, Monsieur Falcon. Take on clients, collect evidence, and deliver justice to the guilty!

A small, niche project, but I really like the way they both came up with a unique art style and cut costs by making up almost all graphic and sounds out of public domain works by great artists.

The idea for Aviary Attorney came about after we discovered the beautiful but mostly forgotten artwork of J. J. Grandville. After having to abandon traditional newspaper caricatures due to government censorship, Grandville moved towards creating more whimsical and surreal lithographs for fiction writers. Among other works, he produced the bizarre drawings for "the Public and Private Life of Animals".

With careful scanning and animation, we were able to give life to Monsieur Falcon, Sparrowson, and all the other characters through Aviary Attorney. In fact, nearly every part of the game is drawn from or inspired by the public domain. The backgrounds and items have been borrowed from a range of 19th century illustrated books. The music takes the form of transcriptions and adaptions of French romantic composers, most notably Camille Saint-Saëns. Even the font is over 100 years old!

But I love you. [A horrific take on dating sims]

You've wandered into a nearly empty town that's full of nothing but cute girls...who all want you. What could go wrong? Just watch.

"But I love you." is a visual novel/dating sim for PC, Mac, and Linux...or at least, it starts off that way.

Once you get in town, the occupants all flock to you, intrigued by the stranded newcomer. At first, they try to help in their own little ways, but as they grow attached, they try to convince you to stay with them. Forever. That's when you notice things are very, very wrong in this town, from the datable characters to the setting. Once the player starts to notice a trend of the girls starting to be slightly, well, nuts, it becomes a puzzle horror game. The game still features multiple endings like a dating sim, some of them romantic, some where nothing happens, and a few where the player is...dead. You also have the option of ignoring all of the bad stuff and pretending everything is a-ok to keep scoring with the ladies.

The game features cute girls (obviously) with hundreds of possible expressions, over forty possible endings, timed puzzles and scavenger hunts, an original soundtrack, and fantastic artwork. Features we would like to include: a choice between male or female playable character, full voice acting, downloadable event art, unlockable scenes, special minigames, and multiple languages.
