I could've sworn I saw a game like this earlier this year, made by developers who made a tactical rpg before it. People compared this game to Oblivion I think but of course it is not as big of a scale. It may have been either in EA or not released yet. Does have a steam page though. Can someone help me figure out what it is?

Sounds like Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

Possibly Avowed or Wayward Realms, but they fit the description less.

My god that's exactly it, thank you. It was driving me insane that I couldn't remember what it was. I knew the name had SOMETHING to do with King Arthur.
