If we don't reach that mill, sven has to fill the gap with his own money because of starting the KS too early :x
Actually, we should sell the RPGWatch staff into slavery, or for organ harvesting, and use the funds acquired to boost Larian's KS campaign.

Still hyped about the game, but with all the stuff they are adding (or will have to, given the stretch goals) they will never make their projected release. I'm betting more like Q1/Q2 2014.

It's just a player home and I really shouldn't get excited about it at all but HOTSPATEOT sounds kinda cool.

there's usually at least one stretch goal I don't really care about, but here i'm going to be really mad if we don't get all of them. Kicktraq is placing the trend at 1 million and so far they have been rather pessimistic past the first few days, so there's still hope...

That million would be easily reached, if only every third or fourth douchenugget who donated so Lord British can make another retarded MMO would see the light.

We are currently averaging a bit under 20K a day, so even without a spike for the end it should take us around 800K. Of course, with Torment finishing there should be more for Divinity, AND there should be a small spike now that stretch-goals are shown.

I expect that it will get anywhere between 900-1.5m.

I think I'm going to bump up from $25 to the $100...

Confused though..Why don't the tiers >$65 get the Dragon Commander also?

One million is probably a little too optimistic. I think we're looking at 850K, something like that. I'm going to keep spreading the word regardless.

It's not clear from the update would the companions be able to participate in decision making, and if so how often. It would be interesting if a downside of having a strong fighter in the party is that he is going to try to intimidate you into doing stupid things every chance he gets.

Also I'm excepting hitchhiker's guide easter egg in that restaurant stronghold.

Presumably they want to be able to sell it.

Well..of course they do. I guess this is the first KS I saw where higher tiers don't get all the stuff below. I thought that was standard KS, guess not.

It's happened before. Some tiers are special or exclusive and some of their rewards are not included in the higher tiers. You can take the Numenera Seeker / Scholar from the ToN campaign, which included the PnP Numenera rulebooks and those were not available in any other tiers.

Actually, projection tends to be more accurate.

All the stuff from the previous tiers are included.

Not according to the chart below. Is that old info?

*facepalm* I'm wrong sorry, was thinking of another kickstater.

What is shown in the 2 matrix for the pledges is what you will get.

Anyone here pledged to lord british ? You don't have to confess just go promote Divinity on Garriots kickstarter.

Well..of course they do. I guess this is the first KS I saw where higher tiers don't get all the stuff below. I thought that was standard KS, guess not.

Have they added the ability to simply add dragon commander to your tier if you want it ?

Dragon commander is ONLY at the 65$ $500 and $550 tiers for now. They will be looking at possibly doing more changes or addition to the tiers perhaps next week.

I think what you guys could do, is use the Add-On feature from Update 1.
If I understood correctly, you can keep your reward tier, but receive some additional reward you can choose depending on your additional pledge.
Of course that only works if the add-on is something you want.

I pulled the trigger...$25 -> $100. Would be awesome to see them hit 1 mil...I love that last stretch goal.

I like those goals. Except for the NPC schedules. When I was younger I thought they were nifty but now they're just a nuisance. I hope it doesn't make a mill.

Yeah, I don't see the fuss about NPC schedules either, it's just a gimmick.

I would give more because Larian are good blokes, but I'll just take the most basic option since I will soon make a downpayment on a house.

Just break in and kill everyone and take what ya want! (Or sleep at at Inn or whatever for 1 minute till shops open)

Seriously though, I never liked the "Hero" can stay awake for 24/7 and never has to sleep mechanic...like a medieval meth addict.
