You have to have very poor knowledge of RPGs to think that DE is somehow not one due to not having a tactical combat layer.

You must have very low standards for RPG's since you believe that game where role-playing is impossible and non existent is great RPG

I do. I enjoy each RPG I play. It's doing the opposite that would be completely dumb.

In the case of DE... It's the game that provides everything we were promised in RPGs since... Fallout.

Where it can be improved would be to create our character. But it would take 5 million words.

"I have no clue what's going on, but I will use any excuse to promote myself!".

Edit: Or is she asking to consult people mentally scarred by playing Disco Elysium? Can't tell.

LIONKILLER
LIONKILLER is a choose-your-own-adventure game made in Twine. Play as Hua Mulan, a young lesbian who is conscripted into the First Opium War against the British Empire. Run a flower shop, kiss a girl, shoot a matchlock rifle, and uncover a military conspiracy! Your actions will lead you to one out of four different endings. Will you get the girl, or will you die an inglorious death?

Gameplay tip: There's more lesbian content if you choose to eat lunch in the store.

Content warnings for misogyny, mentions of drug use, mild sexual content, and descriptions of violence.

All the parts have been compiled into one file. Simply download the file and then open in the browser. Please let me know if anything is broken! I am dedicated to patching any bugs that might arise.

If you're a member of the press, then please see this press kit.

Parts 2 and 3 are funded by Tap by Wattpad. The game is also available on the Tap by Wattpad mobile app on the Play Store and App Store.

Design, writing, art assets, and code by Sisi

If you have trouble affording the full price, feel free to email me for a copy. No questions asked.

That's the kind of thought-provoking gameplay Disco Elysium could have benefited from.

Playing it right now.
I love investigating the murder and the characters.
Also i like the personal story of the cop.

The "lore" of the world is pretty lame and annoying though tbh.
Also the thought cabinet is just a show to trick you into thinking there is more c&c than there really is.

System is a little disappointing as well.
I don't feel like my character really grows through having higher skills.
