Tactical Combat Blobbers?
Wouldn't you just call that no blobbers?

Duh.
But nobody ever complained about inferior blobber exploration.
The main problem with blobbers is inferior combat.

That's like one of the classic dex discussions.
And out of that the term blobber developed.

Wizardry 8 is definitly a blobber. And MM6-9, Ravenloft, Menzoberranzan too.
Ok, but since we have in this list (although in a separate sub-list) single character "blobber", then we should include all first person RPG, such as Ultima Underworld, System Shock 2, Deus Ex, Arx, Etc.

Edit: I see tha UU and Arx are already indeed included, but why System Shock 2 not?

Despite the age of this thread I figured I should comment as I have systematically finished every RT blobber out there.

Wrong inclusions:
Dungeons of Avalon and Dungeons of Avalon II are not realtime blobbers. The moment combat begins it gets stuck in TB.
Lords of Doom (and Zombi) look like blobbers on screenshots but characters are played independently from one another, just like Hired Guns. They are also not grid.
Le Maître des Âmes and it's sequel Le Maître Absolu are not realtime. When you encounter an opponent you get the option to talk, attack or flee. If you attack your characters to strike in sequence followed by the opponent. You then have the option to take another attack or flee.

Weird ones:
Mordor: The Depths of Dejenol and Demise: Rise Of The Ku'Tan (or Ascension) have auto-resolving combat. You do not really have much control over what your characters are doing. For a game being a "realtime" blobber, don't you actually need to be able to take actions in them?

Missing games:
Arcan, the german prequel to Walls of Illusion on Atari ST. It is quite easy to translate with modern tools.
Dungeons & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun. It is realtime while you explore the dungeons. It moves and plays like a snappier version of Eye of the Beholder.
Rings of Medusa 2: The Return of Medusa is arguably a realtime blobber, although character stats are limited beyond health and inventory differences.
"The Dungeon" (Acorn Archimedes) is probably the first free-turning 3d blobber of all time.
Whale's Voyage and Whale's Voyage II are Real-Time blobbers (blended with space-trading simulation).
Might & Magic 9 is in realtime. 6-8 are realtime with pause.
Wizards & Warriors can be made realtime with a slider in the settings. Push "T" on the keyboard.
Dungeon Master Nexus is of a classic "western" rpg design (not JRPG design), even if made in Japan with anime style portraits.
Theron's Quest is missing from the list, potentially for treating it as not "western" even though it uses the same engine as Dungeon Master and it is its own game.
Mazes of Fate (GBA and its remake on Nintendo DS) are real-time blobbers of primarily western design.
Curse of Dragor (Macintosh) is Real Time, but the fights are movement-locked.
"B.S.S Jane Seymour Federation Quest 1" with alternate name "Spacewrecked" is technically a "realtime blobber" if you accept that your party consists of droids rather than people. You get movement locked when a combat begins and you can only escape backwards.
Zombi should be on lists that include Lords of Doom, although read the note under 'wrong'.
Magic Island: The Secret Of Stones is a Czech game that sadly was never translated to English.
And since I see no reason to ignore them, Crime Crackers and Crime Crackers 2 are Japanese realtime blobbers for playstation.
