If you're actually being serious, the image on the upper-left corner is randomized from 26 possible pictures and can be re-rolled by clicking on it.

Also, the Codex has this

as a stored image, which should be moved into the stock images section (under the smilies button).

Top left I see a codex troll diving head-first into an open side of a d20, no matter how many times I refresh.

It used to change every time you refreshed the page. Since the new software (I think) you have to click it specifically in order to change it.
