I like how this one is a bit of a surprise. At first glance you think this is Conan (or maybe a generic barbarian) facing off a mutant horde. He just turned to his troops as if to ask "are you with me?!".
Then, you look at his neck and shoulder and begin to realise that he is not really the mutants's enemy...

Look at where his neck is, look at how there is a muscular mass coming out to its left, above his left shoulder. The barbarian is as much a mutant as the creatures in the distance.

Look at where his neck is, look at how there is a muscular mass coming out to its left, above his left shoulder. The barbarian is as much a mutant as the creatures in the distance.
